Dark Angel- Dog Grooming by Katey
With over 17 years of experience in dog grooming, Katey brings a wealth of knowledge, skill and care to every dog she grooms. Based at Dragonfly Dog, Katey offers a range of grooming services to help keep your four-legged friends looking and feeling their best.
From introducing puppies to their first grooming experience to regular maintenance and full grooms, Katey caters to a variety of breeds and coat types, including both long-haired and short-haired dogs.
Katey is dedicated to providing a caring and professional grooming experience, ensuring every dog receives attention suited to their individual needs.

With an impressive 17 years of experience in dog grooming, Charlotte has worked with a wide variety of dogs and understands that every dog has their own personality, temperament and grooming needs.
Charlotte aims to make grooming a positive and comfortable experience for every dog in her care. Whether your dog is visiting for their first puppy groom or needs regular upkeep to keep their coat in tip-top condition, Charlotte takes the time to understand their individual needs and help them feel at ease.

Where are you located?
We are located at Unit 5, Kiln Hill, Industrial Park, just off the main street of Slaithwaite, Huddersfield, HD7 5JS.

Where do I go when I arrive?
Please contact your chosen independent groomer directly, who will provide you with the appointment details and let you know where to go.
What age should my puppy be for it's first appointment?
A puppy can come for grooming at any age providing that all required vaccinations have been carried out. Introducing your puppy to the grooming salon at an early age will build confidence and help to make the grooming process a pleasure.

What do I do if my dog has fleas?
Unfortunately we are unable to groom any dogs with fleas. This is to eliminate the spread of fleas to other dogs that may use the facility.
If you discover fleas on your dog prior to your scheduled appointment please call your dog groomer.
What will the cost be?
This is dependent on the size, coat condition, temperament and styling requirements of your pet. Please contact the groomer for price details.
How long will my pets appointment be?
This is dependent on the size, coat condition, temperament and styling requirements of your dog. The independent groomers take great care to put your pets welfare first allowing comfort breaks in-between the different processes. This therefore requires a minimum appointment time depending on your dog’s requirements.
What do I do if I need to cancel?
Please contact your groomer directly.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we do have parking.
Please ensure that whilst in the car park, your dog is on their lead until you get into the centre.
Our car park is available whilst you are on site, please do not leave your car and go into the village.
